It seems we already have an abundance of religious content on the web and elsewhere, so why bother with another? If you've read very many of the ones being offered, it is probably obvious to you that all these writers are NOT being inspired by the same Spirit. Or, some are not yielding to the Spirit in the way that we all should. Therefore, we keep coming up with different answers to the same questions.

On the other hand, some few do an excellent job of expounding on Yahweh's truths from His Word. This is not a popularity contest. We should all be interested in Yahweh's true doc-trines, and in doing our part to take Yahshua's message to the world. I have no personal axe to grind, and no preconceived ideas I'm trying to support.

Search the Scriptures takes its name from John 5:39, where Yahshua told a crowd of Jews that they should search the scriptures, ".....for in them ye think ye have eternal life."

It is plain from the Scriptures that we cannot have eternal life unless we understand the plan of salvation well enough to be obedient to His will (Acts 5:32). However, this does not mean that we have to have perfect understanding of every single thing written from Genesis to Revelation. Even the Apostle Paul didn't have that kind of understanding (1 Cor. 13:12).

As long as we don't try to inject our own preconceived notions into the scriptures; as long as we let the scriptures interpret themselves, according to 2 Peter 1:20, we are on solid ground in His sight.
